Celery dumplings
Overview
Dumplings are a traditional Chinese delicacy. I have always loved cabbage dumplings since I was a child, especially the cabbage grown by my grandpa, which is very fresh. Some time ago at school, I suddenly wanted to eat dumplings stuffed with celery and mackerel. I made them to satisfy my cravings when I came back on May Day. I didn’t take a picture of the mackerel. Let’s talk about celery dumplings first. Celery contains a lot of crude fiber and can be eaten by people with constipation. It is healthy and delicious
