A refreshing meal - Spicy Tea King Shrimp

When I stayed in Guangzhou for a few years, I always ordered the Chawang Shrimp whenever I went to eat. I made it myself today and it was quite successful. It is much more affordable than outside.

Devein the shrimps, use a shrimp gun and wash them.

Soak the tea leaves in boiling water, let cool, remove the tea leaves and drain the water. Marinate the shrimps with a small amount of salt, cooking wine and tea for half an hour.

The tea leaves are fried and crispy. Oil control.

After the shrimps are marinated, sprinkle a thin layer of starch on them to make them stick evenly, then sear the shrimps in oil fried with tea leaves.

Stir-fry the water out of the shrimp and make sure the water is boiled dry.

In another pot, add a little oil in which the tea leaves and shrimps have been fried, add dried chili peppers, minced garlic and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tea leaves, stir-fry and add a little salt.
