After one step add butter and salt and knead until complete.

Cut a little of the dough and use your hands to pull out a large, strong film.

After rolling, cover with plastic wrap at 25 to 28 degrees for basic fermentation.

Dip your finger in flour and poke holes in the fermented dough until it doesn't shrink or collapse.

Press and release the air, then evenly divide, round and relax.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval.

Fold both sides as shown in the picture.

Use scissors to cut diagonally on both sides.

Put half a sausage in the dog's mouth.

Cut cranberries into small pieces to use as eyes.

Place in baking pan for secondary fermentation.

Brush the fermented dough with a layer of egg wash. Preheat the oven to 175℃ for about 18 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)
