Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the cauliflower, tear into small florets, and soak in water with a little salt.
-
Boil water in a pot, blanch the washed cauliflower, remove and drain.
-
Finely dice the garlic.
-
This time I used a dry-cooked casserole. Wipe off the water inside and outside the pot before turning on the heat to avoid uneven heating.
-
Turn the heat to high, heat the pan with cold oil, and add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pan.
-
Heat the oil until it is 90% hot, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears.
-
Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat.
-
Stir-fry the excess water over high heat, add salt and stir-fry until flavourful.
-
Cover, turn off the heat and simmer.
-
The casserole can be served directly to the table, and the dish will be warm until the end.
