Pomelo toast fake cake
Overview
Turn the toast into cake shape. The layers of grapefruit tea and yogurt are overlapping, and cocoa powder is sprinkled all over the surface. Isn’t it just a very confusing cake? Too bad I used the wrong yogurt. In order to test whether the yogurt machine can still maintain good performance after being idle for several years, I made a pot of yogurt, as usual, sugar-free and original flavor. By the way, use this yogurt to make this toast cake. The yogurt is not sweet, so when paired with grapefruit tea, it probably won't be too sour. However, for this cake, it would be better to use commercially available yogurt. The stabilizer and thickener should prevent whey from constantly oozing out like homemade yogurt. Even after it was refrigerated overnight and some of the moisture was removed by the refrigerator, liquid still seeped out slowly, and the cocoa powder on the sieve gradually became wet.
