Thaw the yellow croaker in cold water and set aside

Cut three slits on both sides of the fish with a knife to marinate it for flavor

Pour in the oil-consuming shredded ginger and green onions and marinate for 10 minutes

Add salt, MSG and chicken essence, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Arrange evenly on a colander

Fry in oil until deep golden brown and crispy on the outside

Add the prepared diced onions, diced ginger, cucumbers, diced onions and Thai pepper rings

Add a small amount of seafood soy sauce and red soy sauce, stir-fry continuously

Add 500g of water and simmer for 3 minutes
