Overview

Main ingredients: soaked yuba, green peppers, green onions

Cut the soaked yuba into diagonal sections, remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into shreds, and cut the green onions into sections

Put the yuba into the pot and blanch for 1 minute, take it out

Put the blanched yuba, shredded green peppers, and some green onions into a container

Add salt, balsamic vinegar, and a little sugar in sequence (a little sugar is enough to enhance the freshness)

Put cooking oil in the pot, add the remaining green onions and fry over low heat
