Steps

  1. First wash the pork chops and marinate them with an appropriate amount of cooking wine overnight (if you want to eat them that day, you can marinate them for three to four hours). Because the fried powder seasoning used later has a certain salty taste, you don’t need to season it with salt. If you forgot to take a picture of the rice wine after marinating, here is a picture of the seasonings I used. In fact, you can also use other seasonings to marinate the ribs. I personally like the taste of this fried powder seasoning, so I chose it.

  2. Pour away the rice wine in which the pork chops have been marinated (if there is rice wine, it will dilute the flavor of the fried powder) and then add an appropriate amount of fried powder. I bought 6 pieces of pork chop this time, so I added half a packet of seasoning. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate it for 2-3 hours. Because I was preparing it for dinner, I marinated it all afternoon.

  3. Spread a certain amount of bread flour on the surface of the marinated ribs, put it in the oven, bake it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on top and bottom heat. Then take it out, brush the diluted honey water on the surface, and then bake it for 10 minutes at 210 degrees with upper and lower heat.
