Passion Cheesecake

Overview

Different textures are baked into cheesecake with different textures. The sour passion fruit and cheese are combined to neutralize the sour taste. I believe this cake will be a favorite and will melt in your mouth

  1. Soften the cheese, add sugar and beat until smooth

  2. Add egg yolks in portions and mix well

  3. Add cornmeal

  4. Stir the pulp of three passion fruits

  5. Stir in passion fruit puree

  6. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Add in the sugar. Fold in gradually and beat

  7. Send to soft triangles

  8. Fold one-third of the egg whites into the cheese batter and mix well, then add all of it.

  9. Pour the cheese paste into the mold, preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 1 hour

  10. Decorate the plate with mint leaves and passion fruit peel. The key to the cake will melt in your mouth. Pass the cheese paste through a sieve.
