Overview
Taro balls are a traditional dessert in Taiwan. The ingredients for making taro balls are very simple. You only need to steam the taro, add tapioca flour, knead it into a ball and cut it into small pieces. You can also add purple potatoes and sweet potatoes to make taro balls of different colors. Purple and yellow taro balls are beautiful in color and have a chewy and delicious texture. There are many ways to eat it.
