Slice beef in reverse stripes and marinate in oyster sauce, chicken essence, salt, and a little soy sauce for more than half an hour (very important). You can add egg white and pay attention to the amount of oyster sauce, otherwise the pot will look unclear

Put more oil! ! Heat the oil in the pot! ! We burned it until the oil started to explode

After adding the beef for a few seconds, lift the pot and use the residual heat to cook it until it changes color slightly

This is the effect, it will continue to cook on the plate

Squeeze out the oil from the beef and use the remaining oil to fry the garlic, chili and garlic until fragrant (except the coriander)

Add the beef to the pot again and mix it with the ingredients, still using the remaining heat to stir-fry the beef

Before serving, add coriander, medium heat, and a little soy sauce to taste (the meat is almost salty when marinating it)
