Steps
-
In the bread machine barrel, add eggs (beaten), pure milk, milk powder, fine sugar, and salt in order
-
Add high-gluten flour evenly to cover all the bottom liquid, and put the yeast on top
-
Select the dough kneading function of the bread machine for 30 minutes, and add butter halfway. After the kneading process is completed, the dough is left in the bread machine to ferment for 1 hour. The fermented dough should expand to twice the original volume and will not rebound quickly when pressed with your fingers
-
Take out the dough, deflate it, and knead it into a large dough
-
Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into an oval shape
-
Use a scraper to scrape up the dough and flip it over with your hands
-
Place it horizontally and roll out the dough thinly on both sides so that it can be easily adhered when rolled up
-
Roll up the dough from top to bottom, pinch it tightly, and use both hands to roll the noodles into long strips of even thickness
-
Arrange the rolls evenly on the baking sheet
-
Cover with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation, 30-50 minutes
-
When the dough in the mold has fermented to 1.5 times its original volume, brush the surface with a layer of egg wash
-
Put the baking grid into the bottom layer of the preheated oven, place the baking pan on the baking grid, bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, until the surface of the bread turns slightly golden brown, take out the baked bread and let it cool
