  1. When preparing the seasoning, boil water first, the ratio is six times that of pea flour, for example, one bowl of pea flour requires six bowls of water

  2. Add appropriate amount of cold water to pea flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps

  3. Pour the prepared pea flour into the pot while stirring with a spatula. This step only takes about 2 minutes

  4. Pour the cooked thick jelly slurry into a container. I used a stainless steel soup bowl

  5. After serving, you can place the bowl in a basin with cold water to speed up cooling. After cooling, the jelly will take shape

  6. Take out and cut into strips, top with the prepared sauce and enjoy.
