Vegetable Bacon Pizza
Overview
This time, the ingredients were uneven, so I used Anchor cheese slices instead of mozzarella cheese. It didn’t have a stringy effect (because I couldn’t stop myself from eating it if I didn’t have all the ingredients~~~), but the taste was still very good (this recipe can make two eight-inch pizza bases)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the pizza base ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature
-
Add the ingredients for the pizza base except butter to a food processor and mix until smooth
-
Then add butter and continue stirring until a thin film forms
-
Divide the dough into small portions of 160g each
-
Roll out the dough and spread it out on a pizza pan, poke holes in the bottom of the pie with a fork, then let it rest for about 10 minutes
-
First spread a layer of salad dressing on the bottom of the cake, then a layer of tomato sauce
-
Then put it into the preheated oven, the second level from the bottom, heat it up and down at 160°, and bake for about 15 minutes
-
This is the material of the pizza surface configuration
-
Use the time while the pizza base is baking to pickle the vegetables. Use peanut oil, light soy sauce, pepper, and a little salt to pickle the peppers for a while (the longer the time, the stronger the flavor). If you like the original flavor, you can omit this step.
-
After the cake base is ready, take it out and spread it with vegetables, add cheese in the middle, then put another layer of cheese on top and bake it.
-
You can put it into any shape you like
-
Place the oven on the second-to-last level, heat up and down to 180°, and bake for about 7-8 minutes
