【Yiwu】Braised Chicken with Mushrooms and Potatoes
Overview
I have been in Yiwu for more than ten years, and I like the vinegar-fried chicken here and the braised chicken here. This is a dish often eaten at my eldest brother’s house, using mushrooms and potatoes. The little bit of soup is perfect for mixing with rice. I heard from my elder brother that this is also one of their New Year dishes here, and the fancy chicken is also one of them.

Prepare half a chicken.
