Bamboo fungus and pork ribs soup
Overview
Bamboo fungus has the effects of nourishing and strengthening, replenishing qi and brain, calming the mind and strengthening the body; it can nourish qi and yin, moisten the lungs and relieve cough, clear away heat and remove dampness. Bamboo fungus can protect the liver and reduce the accumulation of fat on the abdominal wall, which is commonly known as scraping oil.

50g bag of bamboo fungus.

Rinse the ribs with water.

After the water in the pot boils, pour the pork ribs into the water. There will be some dirty bloody foam.

Remove and rinse with water.

Put the pork ribs and ginger into the rice cooker, add water all at once, cover and cook until the soup is simmering.

Soak bamboo fungus in salt water for about 20 minutes.
