Coffee butter two-color cookies
Overview
I am a newbie and have been making some cookies and cakes recently. What I want to say is that although cranberry cookies are simple to make, they are really delicious. I want to try making different cookies with the ingredients on hand.

Steps
-
Materials are weighed and placed into containers separately.
-
My electric ceramic stove heats very slowly, so I put the container of butter directly on it to heat it. Then sift in all the powdered sugar.
-
Mix powdered sugar and butter thoroughly.
-
Add whole eggs and mix well.
-
Sift in the flour in two batches. First sift in half the flour.
-
Stir.
-
Sift in all the remaining flour for the second time.
-
Stir evenly. A silicone spatula is very useful. This is the mixed cake batter.
-
To create a two-tone effect, I used some ground white coffee I had on hand and a spoonful of homemade yogurt. The role of yogurt here is to act as a solvent for the coffee powder.
-
Stir coffee powder and yogurt. Add half of the roux to make it brown.
-
To mix evenly, add the roux in small amounts to the coffee container.
-
Stirred brown roux.
-
Cut the plastic wrap and place it in the prepared plastic box.
-
Put the two colors of dough into the shaping boxes respectively. Then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
-
After one hour, remove from the freezer and cut into 0.6cm pieces. Preheat the oven.
-
Place on baking sheet, leaving a little space as the cookies will expand a bit. I put tin foil on the baking sheet to make it non-stick.
-
Heat up and down the middle layer to 165 degrees for 20 minutes.

Time's up! Let cool and eat!
