I am a newbie and have been making some cookies and cakes recently. What I want to say is that although cranberry cookies are simple to make, they are really delicious. I want to try making different cookies with the ingredients on hand.

  8. Stir evenly. A silicone spatula is very useful. This is the mixed cake batter.

  9. To create a two-tone effect, I used some ground white coffee I had on hand and a spoonful of homemade yogurt. The role of yogurt here is to act as a solvent for the coffee powder.

  10. Stir coffee powder and yogurt. Add half of the roux to make it brown.

  14. Put the two colors of dough into the shaping boxes respectively. Then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  15. After one hour, remove from the freezer and cut into 0.6cm pieces. Preheat the oven.

  16. Place on baking sheet, leaving a little space as the cookies will expand a bit. I put tin foil on the baking sheet to make it non-stick.

  17. Heat up and down the middle layer to 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
