I don’t want to eat meat for dinner alone because I feel tired of it. I bought some curry powder and let’s make curry vegetarian rice at home

Wash the carrots, onions and potatoes and cut into pieces

Put oil in the pot, first stir-fry the carrots

Then add potatoes and stir fry together

Finally add onions

Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the ingredients become soft
