Clams are delicious and very simple to stir-fry. They don’t require too much seasoning and are very delicious.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger.

Add dried chilies to bring out the aroma.

Add the clams and stir-fry until each clam opens its mouth.

Pour in the vinegar.

Add salt to taste.

Put it into a plate and sprinkle with coriander leaves to decorate. There are not many peppers, and children especially like it.
