Applesauce Rolls
Overview
This is the bread I made after making jam from apples before. The prepared jam was almost used up at once, hehe~ But when I was working on it, I suddenly discovered that with this shape, it is better to boil the jam more dry. . . Ingredients: Dough: 250g high-gluten flour, 45g egg liquid, 50g fine sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 125g milk, 25g butter Filling: appropriate amount of apple jam Surface decoration: appropriate amount of egg liquid, appropriate amount of crispy chips

-
minutes after the program starts, add softened butter at room temperature
-
After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage. When the program ends, the fermentation is completed

Then roll the dough into a rectangular shape
-
After flipping over, thin the bottom edge

Spread the jam evenly onto the dough, leaving a margin at the bottom
-
Roll it into a roll from top to bottom and pinch to seal
-
Divide the dough into 8 portions
-
Place into a bread paper cup and flatten slightly
-
Place in a baking pan and place in a warm and moist place for final fermentation
-
After fermentation is completed, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface
-

Then put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
-
