This is the bread I made after making jam from apples before. The prepared jam was almost used up at once, hehe~ But when I was working on it, I suddenly discovered that with this shape, it is better to boil the jam more dry. . .   1. Pour all the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, then put the bucket into the bread machine and fix it, start the "dough" program, which includes two stages of kneading + fermentation. The default duration is 1:40
