Weigh the ingredients required for the dough and mix them in a bowl.

Mix well and form a dough without any dry powder, and put it into the bread machine.

Start the first kneading program, 13 minutes.

The dough has doubled in size and fermentation is complete.

Take out the dough, sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking, knead the dough and completely remove the air.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape.

Roll everything out, leave some distance between them, place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, and ferment for the second time.

When fermentation is complete, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface of the bread and spread half a slice of bacon.
