Coconut Caterpillar Bread
Overview
I have seen many bakers say that bread is difficult to make. Although I have a bread machine at home, I have always been obedient and unchallenged. I feel that I am stupid and cannot do such difficult tasks even with a bread machine. I know my own clumsiness. Although I have tasted a lot of sweetness in making cakes and biscuits, and I have also received a lot of envy after I became a baker, I have been a baker for only two months. No one praised me anymore, so they did it themselves, and they thought it was nothing more than that...😂 Because once I started doing it, I realized that this is really possible for everyone, and I even taught it to a 12-year-old friend last time... Haha, so when bread was unavoidable, I realized that it is really easy to have a bread machine... Knead it, shape it, and bake it in the oven. I failed several times before because I couldn't figure it out. It turns out that bread has a secondary fermentation...😂
