  1. Wash all main ingredients, cut into cubes or slices

  3. Then add Jingjing sauce (prepared sauce bags are sold in supermarkets), add water

  4. Boil the potatoes in water (I have a little too much water, you can reduce it appropriately) and simmer over medium heat until cooked through.

  5. When the potatoes are cooked, reduce the juice over high heat. Add green peppers, okra, and onions in sequence, spacing each one a few minutes apart because they cook at different speeds. You can add some dark soy sauce according to your personal taste and stir-fry.

  6. Lift the pot, plate, and eat. When these are paired together, they taste pretty good.
