Hot and sour pickled cabbage
Overview
My husband loves kimchi the most, and he always makes more of it. The pickled cabbage I ate at my husband's eldest sister's house when I went back to my hometown during the Chinese New Year was different from what I usually make. It added millet and pickled peppers. I think it's quite delicious and sour, so I'll try to make it again. The method this time is different from before. I usually cut it into half and soak it in salt water. This time I chopped it directly and added salt to it. I also added millet and pickled pepper.
