60g sliced bacon. Slice 160g of winter bamboo shoots that have been blanched in advance. Appropriate amount of onions, ginger, garlic, and green and red peppers.

Add a little bit of oil to the wok and stir out the oil from the bacon.

Stir-fry the bacon until it is transparent and then remove it, leaving the fat in the pot

Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, green and red peppers.

Add winter bamboo shoot slices and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add enough water to cover the bamboo shoots. Note: don’t add too much water, it will dry up after a while. Bring to a boil and cook for about a minute.

Add the bacon slices and stir-fry evenly until the juice is reduced over high heat.
