Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the pumpkin and steam it.
-
Mash pumpkin puree.
-
Let the pumpkin puree cool slightly, then add flour, yeast, and sugar. Adding yeast when the pumpkin puree is hot will easily kill the yeast and prevent the dough from rising. It is best to use high-sugar-tolerant yeast to prevent the dough from rising.
-
Knead into a ball. Knead until it is no longer sticky to your hands. Leave to ferment in a warm place.
-
Let it double in size. When you poke a hole with your hand and it doesn't shrink back, the dough is ready to ferment.
-
Knead and deflate the dough.
-
Roll out into dough.
-
Brush with oil.
-
Roll into rolls. Roll it up tightly and the finished product will have layers after steaming.
-
Cut into V-shaped triangles.
-
Take a portion of the dose with the triangular tip facing upwards.
-
Use chopsticks to press in the middle to make it deeper.
-
All reshaped.
-
Put it in the pot for secondary fermentation for 20 minutes. You can light the fire to raise the temperature so that the pot is a little warm, and then turn off the heat. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes, the rolls will ferment again.

It’s out of the pan, sweet, fragrant and beautiful! Haha
