3 ways to remove the bitter taste of bitter melon: 1. Completely remove the melon capsule tissue 2. Soak in water to remove the smell 3. Blanch in boiling water. In fact, choosing 2 out of 3 moves is enough to deal with it. When the bitterness disappears and only the taste is left, it feels surprisingly empty!

Cut the bitter melon into 1/2 round segments, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, use a knife to cut off the inner ring of the melon (the fiber is too thick), and slice
