Prepare all the ingredients and soak the soybeans

Peel the meat, add garlic cloves and ginger (I forgot the ginger), add four tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours for more flavor

Put the soybeans and meat into the rice cooker, add marinade, press the cooking mode, and wait about ten minutes before it starts.

Let cool slightly, slice into pieces and place on a plate.
