Quick and crispy-pepper meat toast
Overview
Today I bought a crispy garlic baguette, added a small piece of minced meat left over from making dumplings in the refrigerator, and made this toast. I still remember the shrimp toast I had last time in Hong Kong.

Marinate the minced meat with white pepper for 10 minutes.

Slice the baguette diagonally into slices.

Spread the minced meat evenly on the baguette slices.

Add a small amount of oil and place the toast in the pan with the minced meat side facing down.

Fry until the minced meat changes color, add appropriate amount of salt, and fry briefly for about 10 seconds.
