Flour, baking powder, salt, butter softened at room temperature, sugar, eggs, blueberries, lemon zest, whole milk, vanilla extract

Mix half a cup of butter and half a cup of sugar evenly, add 2 eggs and stir evenly, then add 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp lemon zest, add evenly mixed flour (11/2 cups flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp salt), mix well and add blueberries into the batter!

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the paper wrappers one by one and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 20 minutes.
