Prepare the ingredients. Cut the pork loin into strips and freeze it. It is better than fresh meat. Cut the dried tofu and blanch the green onions. Wash and remove the roots

Add the cut pork loins, add starch, eggs, a small amount of salt, mix well and let stand

Spread the dried tofu, lay the green onions flat, and roll them into rolls. Cut with a diagonal knife into lotus shapes

Heat the oil at the bottom of the pot and reduce the heat to low. When the shredded pork oil turns white, take it out and set aside. Add half a tablespoon of oil. Add sweet noodle sauce, ketchup, sugar, chicken powder, and oyster sauce. Add two tablespoons of water until it bubbles and becomes slightly sticky. Add water and starch. Stir quickly. Add the shredded pork, stir-fry, and remove from the pan.
