Have all materials ready.

Mix evaporated milk, milk and sugar in a milk pot.

Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

Let it dry for a while, then pour the egg liquid into the milk liquid.

Stir while pouring to form custard.

Sift in the flour and stir evenly.

Mix well and filter through a sieve.

Pour in the egg tart shell, filling it eight-quarters full.

Put it in the oven at 220 degrees and bake on the middle rack for ten minutes and then on the upper rack for ten minutes.

This is when they are freshly baked and they are plump and beautiful.
