I haven’t had soy sauce chicken for a long time, so I made it today

Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces (I bought chicken legs and wings, which were cut when I bought them), wait until the excess water drains out, and set aside

Slice and mince the ginger and set aside

Prepare salt-baked chicken powder

Slice cucumber and set aside

After pouring away the excess water, pour in light soy sauce (appropriate amount) and 10g of salt-baked chicken powder, and marinate for about 10 minutes

Pour oil into the pot, then add minced ginger and stir-fry

On medium heat, add chicken and fry for 2 minutes

Then, turn over to the other side and fry for 2 minutes

Pour in soy sauce, cook over medium-low heat (cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stir-fry once during this period)

After 15 minutes, it was cooked
