  5. The third step is to pour the steamed hawthorn into the food processor while it is hot, add the required amount of sugar, and stir for 10 seconds. Just stir it into a puree. No need to over-stir. The color will become lighter after stirring for a long time, but other things will have no effect. If you don’t have any food processor at home, just crush it with a spoon. Once the hawthorn is cooked, it is easy to crush it. Just stir it with the sugar evenly while pressing.
