Orleans Grilled Chicken Thigh Pizza

I’ve been enjoying pizza lately. I marinated the Orleans chicken legs yesterday and removed the fat. I think I’ll feel more at ease eating them

Remove the fat from the chicken thighs, fluff them with the back of a knife, and marinate them with Orleans marinade to add flavor. I marinated them overnight and chopped them

Add oil to the wok and add chicken pieces

Add sliced shiitake mushrooms

Add shredded onions, add potato slices and stir-fry until medium cooked

Roll out the risen dough

Place in a baking pan and prick with a fork

Spread pizza sauce (see my recipe for how to make pizza sauce)

Sprinkle a layer of cheese

Add the fried chicken
-
Sprinkle another layer of cheese and top with shredded green peppers

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes
