Umeboshi and sesame pancakes
Overview
I fell in love with small sesame pancakes when I went on a trip. I made them myself when I got home, but I overbaked them and turned them into biscuits~ But they were still delicious

Pastry requires flour and cooking oil to be rubbed vigorously and finely. Add some sugar, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

Put the oily skin ingredients in separate basins and add some water and sugar. Knead into balls separately. Oily skin should be smooth and able to produce film

Divide the dough into 10 small pieces, and cut the puff pastry into 10 pieces. Wrap the dough around the puff pastry. After wrapping, take one part and roll it up. After all the operations are done, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. After it has rested, roll the dough out again

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, sausage, and prunes

Roll out into a rectangular shape

Sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface, preheat the oven to 210℃ for ten minutes, and bake for about 15 minutes
