  1. Wash the lemon with salt and chop a small amount of lemon peel.

  9. After the batter is refrigerated, take it out and let it sit for a while, then cut and mix it a few times and put it into a piping bag.

  10. Pour into the mold eighty-full and place in the middle rack of the oven, bake at 190° for about 15 minutes.
