  1. Ingredients: Spare ribs, yuba, star anise, cinnamon, rock sugar, green onion and ginger.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork ribs until they change color.

  3. Add star anise, cinnamon, ginger and rock sugar and stir-fry.

  4. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

  5. Transfer to casserole.

  6. Add appropriate amount of water.

  7. Add the yuba, cover and cook until the yuba becomes fragrant.

  8. After the juice is reduced, add the chopped green onion.
