Wash the sand pointed fish (it has already been cut open when you buy it), drain it, mix it with some pepper and salt, and leave it for ten minutes.

Finely chop the peppers and green onions.

Prepare flour and marinated fish.

Coat the sand tip fish with a thin layer of flour.
