Overview
It is a very delicious dish, and my husband especially likes it. It is very appetizing when paired with soaked rice, white porridge, and noodles for breakfast.

Wash and shred green pepper, millet pepper, and garlic.

Wash the pickled mustard and dried bean curd and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in the pot. When it is 50% hot, add the millet pepper and saute the garlic.

Add dried tofu and stir-fry for a while.

Add mustard, add half a bowl of water and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
