Grilled Salmon Bones with Meat
Overview
I finally have some time to sit down and write a recipe, it’s great! Dear friends, I’m a cook who doesn’t know how to count. I put ingredients based on feeling, so don’t ask me which one to use and how much, because I don’t know either.

-
Wash the salmon bones and marinate them with black pepper, olive oil and salt for five to ten minutes.
-
It is best to grind the black pepper yourself freshly to ensure a rich aroma. A grinder can also help spread the black pepper on the fish bones more evenly. You should use your fingers to sprinkle the salt. If you don't know how much is appropriate, try to add as little as possible or not at all. It is better to add it when you eat it than to make it too salty.
-
Put the olive oil last, just pour a little less on one side, pick it up with your hands and rub the other side on the plate to coat evenly.
-
Place tin foil in the baking pan and fold up the sides to prevent juice and oil from flowing into the baking pan for easy cleaning.
-
Then turn the fish bones over to soak up the oil on the bottom of the plate.
-
Place the fish bones flatly on the tin foil.
-
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and set the timer for 20 minutes. The characteristics of each oven are different. If you are not sure, it is best to keep an eye on it.
-
Our family likes it to be slightly cooked, and if it's very tender, it will be done in about 7 minutes. Personally, I think salmon is more fragrant when cooked, but it is most delicious when eaten raw when it is tender.
-
When twenty minutes are up, take it out of the pan.
-
Use a spatula to take out the fish bones and put them on a plate. Since the bottom heating tube is also working normally, both sides are grilled in the same color, which is very beautiful.
-
Slice the lemon into thick pieces and squeeze the lemon juice on it when eating. It will definitely add color. Salmon itself has oil, and the fish bones are basically lean meat, but there is no escape from the fish oil near the fins, so lemon is basically a must. It is best to put the lemon so that it does not touch the fish or oil. You can also put the squeezed lemon aside and add it to black tea with sugar after meals to make a cup of lemon black tea, which is very good for digestion and fatigue.
