Steps

  1. I don’t like the smell of mutton, so I made it with pork. Pork tenderloin: ginger powder, dark soy sauce, sesame oil.

  2. Cut the onion into small pieces, cut the green onion into sections, remove the seeds from the green pepper and slice it diagonally.

  3. Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and remove. Add the tenderloin and stir-fry. Remove when discolored.

  5. Leave the oil in the pan and sauté the onions.

  6. When the onions become soft and change color, add the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until the tomatoes produce juice and add salt. Cook the tomatoes over high heat until they are soft, and you can press them lightly with a shovel.

  7. When the tomatoes are basically juicy, add shredded peppers to the green pot.

  8. Stir-fry the pepper for a few times, add the meat and stir-fry over high heat. Add a little sugar, (you can also add a little water starch, I didn't because the juice is very thick) and then add an appropriate amount of salt before turning off the heat. Don't drink tomato juice like soup, otherwise you won't be able to eat it.

  9. Forgot to mention, while the tomatoes are boiling, you can cook the noodles here. I bought the wide noodles specifically, which are more like making a note, hehe.

  10. Drain the water and scoop out the noodles. Serve the fried noodles on the noodles. It smells like that. Haha
