Garlic fried dumplings

Garlic fried dumplings

Overview

Dumplings are a traditional food that is deeply loved by the Han people in China. According to legend, it was the Chinese medical sage Zhang Zhongjing who first invented the dumplings. Dumplings are also a festival food in the north. In many places in northern China, there is a custom of eating dumplings during the winter solstice. Dumplings are also a common food in southern China. In addition to boiled dumplings and steamed dumplings, there are also fried dumplings. Generally speaking, seasonings are needed to eat fried dumplings. The most commonly used one in my family is Haitian’s garlic chili sauce. I mainly think it has a strong garlic aroma and is spicy enough. The oily garlic is stimulated by the chili pepper, evaporating a mouth-watering delicious taste!
