Take out the dough and let it deflate. After resting for ten minutes, roll it out into a large piece and use a donut mold to press out the dough.

Place the donut dough in a baking pan that has been sprinkled with a little dry flour in advance, and start the oven's fermentation function for secondary fermentation.

After about forty minutes of secondary fermentation, the dough will be fermented.

Heat the oil pan until it is 50% hot, add noodles and fry until cooked, turning both sides constantly.
