Stir-fried vegetables, shrimp, eggs and vegetables
Overview
The children are at home during the holidays and have to hang out with me in the store during the day. I have to take this Chinese food out, but when I wake up in the morning, I am really busy with breakfast and lunch dishes. So Niu Ma's version of mash-up started again. Today's mash-up is seasonal vegetables, shrimps and eggs, which is colorful and nutritious. It can be mixed with noodles in the morning and served as a dish for lunch. Friends who like it can refer to it.
