Santa Cup Cake
Overview
When I want to create a Christmas atmosphere at home during Christmas, I first think of Santa Claus. The main part of this dessert is a cup cake without butter. It is nutritious and healthy and low in calories. It allows those of us who are losing weight to eat desserts with confidence during the holidays. MerryChristmastoall🎄🎄🎅🎅

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients for making cup cakes.
-
Break the eggs into a water-free and oil-free container, add one-third of the sugar and beat with an electric egg beater.
-
After the eggs are beaten, add the remaining two-thirds of the sugar and beat at low speed until the egg liquid is 3 times the size of the original liquid and the texture of the egg liquid can be maintained for about 3 seconds.
-
Add the sifted flour in three batches to the beaten egg liquid, and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.
-
Be sure not to draw circles, otherwise the beaten egg liquid will defoam. Be sure to stir it up and down.
-
Mix corn oil and milk, pour into egg batter, and stir up and down while pouring until evenly mixed. Shake the basin containing the egg batter twice to release air bubbles.
-
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Pour the egg batter into a paper cup. Since you need to decorate it, three-quarters of the cup of egg batter is enough. Some of the egg batter is a bit too much. If you don’t like cream, you can just eat the nutritious and healthy cupcake. Then go to the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, then 100 degrees for another 5 minutes.
-
While the cup cakes are baking, prepare the decorating materials. Beat the light cream with sugar, then scoop out one-fifth of the cream and use it to make Santa's face. Add the remaining matcha powder and beat well and set aside. Put the matcha cream into a piping bag and pipe a layer of flowers on top of the cup cake to use as a base. Cut the strawberry, place the lower half on the matcha cream base, spread with white cream and cover with the strawberry tip. Add two sesame seeds to the white cream part, and a Santa Claus cup cake is ready.
