Laoganma Steamed Pork Ribs
Overview
This dish was brainstormed by my wife and I. I like to eat meat, my wife likes to eat potatoes, and we both like to eat Lao Ganma, so this dish was born. Spicy and fragrant, overflowing with garlic flavor, filling your mouth with flavor! ! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all ingredients, ingredients and condiments.
-
Chop the garlic (you can freely increase or decrease the amount of garlic according to your personal taste). I prefer garlic, so I add more, hehe! ! !
-
Slices of ginger (you must have this, it also depends on it to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor)
-
Add 2 tablespoons of Lao Gan Ma (foodies who like spicy food can add more, but be careful not to make it salty. If it is not enough, you can add chili oil, hehe)
-
Two tablespoons of seafood soy sauce (this is best seafood soy sauce, if you don’t have light soy sauce, it’s ok)
-
Use 2 tablespoons of oil (this is very important, if you want the meat to be more delicious, you must add it)
-
Half a spoon of salt (because I want to eat lighter these days, so I had to add half a spoon.)
-
tablespoons of chicken essence (I prefer the taste of chicken essence. If you don’t have MSG, you can substitute it, or you can add more tablespoons to consume more oil)
-
Use your clean hands to massage the meat so that the meat can taste better (just massage for 3 minutes)
-
Here's the key, it's best to marinate the meat for 12 hours, so that the meat will be flavorful and taste perfect. (If you are impatient, it will take at least 4 hours)
-
Slice potatoes (don’t cut the potatoes too thin, otherwise they will fall into pieces after steaming, about 3 mm is enough)
-
Put the potatoes on the bottom of the plate (our steamer is relatively shallow, so we can only use plates. If conditions permit, it is best to use a large bowl to steam, but please be careful not to use glass, otherwise it will be steamed and fried)
-
Place the beautiful meat neatly on the potatoes (evenly placed so that each piece of potato can absorb the meat broth)
-
Finally, pour the remaining seasoning and soup in the bowl evenly over the meat and potatoes.
-
After putting it on the plate, wait until the water boils before steaming the meat.
-
Boil the water and steam over high heat for 50 minutes (if you like something a little firmer, you can take a shorter time)
-
The meat is steamed, it's so beautiful, the taste, the fragrance, I can eat 3 bowls of rice in a row! ! !
