Pumpkin Blossom Steamed Buns
Overview
My relatives gave me some pumpkins. I couldn’t finish them all, so I made some steamed buns for a change

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, remove the seeds, steam it in a pot, and mash the flesh into a puree
-
After cooling, add an appropriate amount of flour, add an appropriate amount of yeast, and mix evenly. The pumpkin is moist, do not add water yet, and it depends on how well the dough is formed.
-
After kneading the dough, place it in a warm place to ferment.
-
After fermentation has doubled in size, deflate the dough and put it into the pot for the second rise.
-
Forty minutes later, the second serve ended. Steam over high heat. After the water boils, steam over low heat for another ten minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for another ten minutes.
