Ingredients
Steps
-
First, go to the market to buy fresh chili peppers. After you get home, wash them and dry them. You can also buy sun-dried chili peppers.
-
Chop the peppers and garlic separately, which requires a lot of effort. (Since I am a Cantonese and not very good at eating spicy food, the chili peppers I choose are one-third extra spicy small chili peppers and two-thirds large slightly spicy chili peppers. This can be adjusted according to personal preference)
-
Add cooking oil to the pan, add the chili peppers after the oil is heated, and turn to medium heat until the chili peppers are slightly dry (the chili peppers are stir-fried to release the moisture for easier storage).
-
Add salt and garlic and stir-fry again until the garlic is fragrant. Turn off the heat, then pour the prepared soy sauce on top and stir evenly.

This delicious chili sauce is ready.
