Beef stew with tomatoes and potatoes
Overview
Recently, children are not very interested in other meat dishes except braised pork. In order to cater to the children's appetite, grandpa often makes braised pork for lunch. This fat meat is okay to eat occasionally, but eating it regularly is not good for the body. I remind grandpa not to make braised pork for the children at noon. If they want to eat it, just make some pure lean meat. If you don’t know how to make it, just wait until I get home in the evening to make it. This evening I made them a stew of tomato, potato and beef. It was a new way to eat it. I had only mixed tomatoes and beef or potatoes and beef before. This was the first time to stew the three ingredients together. I didn’t expect it to taste great
